This is a policy summary, not the full software licence agreement. Product-specific terms will accompany the first software distribution. No public software release is available yet.

EARLY ACCESS
Early-access eligibility, device limits, and genuine noncommercial evaluation terms are agreed individually with EnigmaIS. Contact EnigmaIS before arranging access.

COMMERCIAL USE
Every commercial use, including an early-access business pilot, requires paid terms agreed with EnigmaIS. General-availability terms will be supplied with the software.

SOURCE INSPECTION AND CONFIGURATION
Supplied EnigmaIS source is available for inspection. Source modifications and derivative versions are prohibited under both free and paid terms. Normal settings, supported APIs, and deployment configuration remain permitted.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
Third-party components retain their own licences. Restrictions on EnigmaIS source do not replace third-party component licences.
